2. Eligibility
SHOEI33 is intended for adults in Malaysia aged 21 and above, with account use in MYR. Where the registration flow requests age-related information, that information supports the platform’s account-age requirement. Anyone under 21 should not create or use a SHOEI33 account. These Terms do not determine whether access or participation is permitted in every individual location or circumstance.

Account rules
- Your registration details: use information connected to your own SHOEI33 account and keep the account details used for account functions consistent.
- Registered-bank payout: SHOEI33 withdrawals are paid to the bank account registered on the player profile; another person’s bank account is not the confirmed payout route.
- Credential security: keep your SHOEI33 password and banking OTP private, sign out after using a shared device, and use the official support flow if account access needs checking.
- Offer-specific member limits: a once-per-member, frequency or combination limit applies only where the selected promotion states that rule. The exact reward-level condition belongs in Bonus Terms .
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
SHOEI33 platform deposits start from RM1, while withdrawal requests start from RM30 and are paid in MYR to the bank account registered on the player profile. The applicable deposit amount and payment instruction depend on the selected cashier route and should be taken from the current logged-in cashier. If a balance is linked to a promotion, the withdrawal must also satisfy the cash-out conditions attached to that offer; an account or bank-detail review may apply where required for the request. 5. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus and promotion conditions are reward-level rules and can differ by offer; these Terms do not create one universal claim or cash-out formula for every SHOEI33 promotion. The selected offer should be read together with Bonus Terms and its current live promotion card.
Reward-rule ownership
- Eligibility & claim conditions: balance or account-state requirements, qualifying routes, deposit thresholds and claim frequency are specific to the selected offer.
- Turnover & game scope: turnover, winover and eligible-game conditions follow the rule attached to that promotion rather than one sitewide multiplier or slot-only formula.
- Cash-out conditions: promotion-specific payout thresholds, winnings caps, bonus-credit deductions or other withdrawal conditions apply only where the selected offer publishes them.
- Combination & forfeiture: frequency, combination, restricted-feature and forfeiture rules belong to the affected promotion and should not be generalised across unrelated rewards.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Account-level conduct and reward-level restrictions should be read separately. The following conduct conflicts with the account or offer rules already published for the affected activity:

- False or inconsistent account information: using registration or payout information that does not match the account and registered-bank process.
- Ignoring an explicit offer restriction: using a game, feature, claim route or account state that the selected promotion specifically excludes.

7. Breach & Consequences
